Seastone ships to the UK and selected other countries.
In-stock items will usually ship within 1-3 business days.
Please contact me regarding custom orders as times may vary but typically allow between 2-8 weeks lead time.
Shipping is through Royal Mail: standard 1st class for orders under £50, Special delivery (tacked & insured) orders £50 and over. Please contact me if you are living overseas and would like to place an order as costs vary depending on where in the world you are.
DELIVERY COSTS & METHODS
Customers are always welcome to collect personally (by prior arrangement) and I usually encourage initial consultations for ring commissions so we can establish correct ring size and choose sea glass/gemstones.

UK - £2.50 standard 1st class
International - approx £15.00
Over £50 in value:
UK - £6.95 - Royal Mail special delivery
International approx £15.00 (please enquire)
PLEASE BE AWARE that international orders may be subject to customs fees. Seastone is not responsible for covering any customs fees. If you aren’t sure if this applies to you, please inquire with YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE.
Unfortunately I have no way of knowing if customs fees will apply or how much they may be as this changes by location and nature of the order.
PLEASE NOTE
I am a one woman business and whilst I make the best efforts to have all orders made and shipped as fast as possible there can sometimes be a longer wait on orders. If you need your order faster than this please email me and I will try my best to arrange this with you. For Hallmarked items it is out of my control how long they will take to be returned to me from the Assay office, I can advise that it is usually a week on top of the usual dispatch period. All items are handmade this makes your pieces of jewellery unique and therefore some may differ slightly from pictures on this website.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Care is taken to ensure that your jewellery arrives safely, but if there has been damage caused in transit please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
All of my jewellery is handcrafted which means that every piece is unique. This means that whilst your piece will resemble pictures shown, it may not be exactly the same. Variations in pieces due to the handcrafted process is not a valid reason for return.
Please read product listings carefully and contact me with any unanswered questions prior to placing your order. Issues with an item that could have been resolved by a careful reading of the product description will not be refunded. Normal “wear-and-tear” issues will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for providing correct ring size for custom or made to order pieces.
No returns or refunds on custom orders.
Pierced earrings are non refundable for health and safety reasons.
Gift Vouchers are non refundable.
If you find there is a problem with the actual manufacture of a piece, I will gladly work with you to fix the problem or replace the item.
